Karen has always had a belief that "food is medicine" and after she and her family were diagnosed with gluten-sensitivity, Karen embarked on a journey to discover the science behind nutrition in an effort to discover what really works. She obtained her Masters of Science in Nutrition from NUNM and obtained her CNS clinical hours while working in an integrative Naturopathic Doctor's office in Portland, OR. Karen loves helping others in their health journey using food and lifestyle for optimal wellness.
