Why pay for Nutrisense if the Stelo or Libre app is free?

While native apps just show you a line on a graph, Nutrisense overlays your glucose trends with your meals to generate a daily Meal Score. This turns confusing data into clear, actionable scores (1-10) for metabolic optimization.

Which sensors can I bring or connect to the Nutrisense App?

Nutrisense supports the most popular sensors on the market, including the Stelo Glucose Biosensor, Dexcom G6 & G7, FreeStyle Libre 1, 2, & 3, and Lingo.The Nutrisense app is compatible with both iOS and Android.

Can I import my historical data from LibreView or Dexcom?

Nutrisense is designed to track your data moving forward. Once you sync your sensor or Apple Health account, we will begin importing your glucose, sleep, and activity data in real-time.

We currently do not import historical CSV files or past sensor sessions, so we recommend starting your Nutrisense membership when you apply a new sensor for the most complete dataset.

If I use my own sensor, can I still get Dietitian coaching?

Yes. Even without buying sensors from us members can access 1:1 Dietitian Video Coaching, which is often covered 100% by major insurance plans (including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and BCBS).

This is a "hybrid" model: you bring the CGM, your membership fee covers the Nutrisense App, and your insurance pays for the Dietitian Coaching.

Does the app work with Apple Watch or other wearables?

Yes. Nutrisense integrates with Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, and Oura Ring.

You can view your glucose trends directly on your wrist (Apple Watch complication) and overlay your sleep and workout data onto your glucose chart. This helps you see how a poor night's sleep or high-intensity workout impacts your glucose variability and recovery.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds for the app-only subscription?

Because the program is a health monitoring tool designed to improve metabolic function, you can use your pre-tax health savings funds for the membership fee, effectively lowering the monthly cost by 30-40% depending on your tax bracket.

I’m in a calorie deficit but not losing weight—can the app help?
