Certain Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be used for Nutrisense programs. We recommend checking with your fund to see whether our program would be covered either in full, partially, or not at all.If your fund does cover Nutrisense, we'll be more than happy to provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your HSA or FSA provider. When the time comes, feel free to email [email protected] to request your receipt.

When you sign up to Nutrisense, you agree to be charged monthly for the duration of the program you selected. All members have the ability to snooze their program at any time if they need to take a break for any reason. If you need to cancel your program before the termination date, you’ll be required to pay an early cancellation fee. Contact our customer support team for assistance if you would like to pause or cancel your program.

Nutritionist support through video calls at Nutrisense is insurance-covered. 95% of those eligible for insurance-coverage pay $0 out-of-pocket.

If you’re not eligible for insurance coverage, you can choose to pay out-of-pocket. Your first session is always free. If you are eligible for insurance-covered calls, you can get up to 10 in-network calls depending on your eligibility (check your eligibility here). If not, you can purchase each session for $75.

We’re here to help you achieve your goals regardless of insurance status! You can adjust or modify your support at any time.

Glucose and health data can be confusing, but your nutritionist can help make sense of it all. They will work with you 1:1 through video calls (if eligible for insurance coverage, 95% pay $0 out-of-pocket), to help you achieve your wellness goals. By analyzing your data, they will suggest lifestyle changes that are personalized to your body. With your nutritionist's help, you can create manageable habits and track them to meet your health goals.

To cancel a video call, members can find the reschedule or cancel link in the appointment details email. Cancellations made 24 hours before the appointment are free, but any cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $75 fee. Regardless of coverage, insurance will not cover or reimburse this cancellation fee.

To reschedule a call, members should message their nutritionist in the Nutrisense app. Non-members may reach out to Nutrisense support for all cancellation and rescheduling concerns.
