Rachel is based in Cleveland, OH where she lives with her husband and rambunctious Labrador. She has been a practicing Registered Dietitian for over a decade with background in functional medicine.
She received her training at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Functional Medicine and now specializes in digestive disease and gut health. While working with clients, Rachel likes to focus on the guiding principle of utilizing food as medicine by focusing on including more whole, unprocessed foods.
Outside of work she enjoys hiking, reading, and traveling!
