Subscription Options
The Nutrisense Premium Subscription includes monthly Continuous Glucose Monitor delivery and Nutrisense app access. Plus, get one-on-one nutritionist support with any plan!
Subscription commitments allow you to lock-in the price that works for you. All commitments will renew at the end of the commitment term on a month-to-month basis at the same monthly price. See "Pause or cancel subscription" below for details.
Nutritionist support through video calls at Nutrisense may be insurance-covered. 95% of those eligible for insurance-coverage pay $0 out-of-pocket.
We offer free shipping for all Nutrisense CGM Plans with monthly CGM shipments. Members typically receive their first shipment 3-6 days after order completion.

All Nutrisense programs require you to be eligible for a free, managed prescription for Continuous Glucose Monitors, provided through our partners. If you complete a purchase, but you are not eligible for a prescription, you will be refunded automatically.

Mobile Device Eligibility
To connect your CGM data to the Nutrisense App, members must use a mobile device that is NFC compatible. If you're not sure, here's how to find out if your device supports NFC:
iOS: If you have an iPhone 7 or later model, your device supports NFC.
Android: Go to settings and search for NFC to confirm if your device supports NFC.
Members may pause an active subscription for a single month inside the Nutrisense app.

Certain Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) can be used for Nutrisense programs. We recommend checking with your fund to see whether our program would be covered either in full, partially, or not at all.If your fund does cover Nutrisense, we'll be more than happy to provide you with an itemized receipt to submit to your HSA or FSA provider. All of our monthly CGM subscriptions include:
- Continuous Glucose Monitors: If you opt-in to the Nutrisense Research Study, you will receive 3 CGMs per month (10 days each). If you do not, you will get 2 CGMs per month (14 days each). CGMs help you understand how your body reacts to food, sleep, stress, and other factors.
