We have something for everyone on your list, from delicious food gifts to fun fitness activities. So get ready to show your Valentine how much you care: about them and their wellbeing!

The Gift of Good Sleep

Catherine Staffieri and two people wearing silk pyjamas sets

Silk or cotton pajamas can make all the difference when you need a good night’s sleep. If you’re shopping for the mom in your life, this might be the greatest gift of all! Catherine Staffieri loves Lunya, which she tells us makes luxurious silk pajama sets that are comfortable and beautiful. Check out their collections to find the perfect gift for your loved one. They even have a seasonal Valentine’s Day guide if you need some guidance when selecting a gift.

An Aromatherapy Treat

Victoria Eaton and two diffuser kits

Victoria Eaton recommends gifting your loved one an aromatherapy treat. You can set up an at-home spa experience with an aromatherapy diffuser, like this one from Saje. She loves the Positively Poosh Diffuser kit, which she says helps create a soothing environment so you and your significant other can relax, disconnect, and pamper mind, body, and soul. Eaton also recommends picking essential oils that complement one another for you and your partner. If you aren’t sure what oils to get, try peppermint, lavender, and eucalyptus to start. These oils all have properties that promote relaxation and relieve tension.

A Good, Clean Wine

Carlee Hayes and bottles of wine

Valentine’s Day is for wine and chocolates, right? A gift card or subscription to Good Clean Wines is an excellent option for the wine-lover in your life, according to Carlee Hayes. They offer sustainable, feel-good wine options so that your loved one can grab those antioxidants and feel good about it. Hayes loves their red blend the most, but you can customize your order and make it yours! If you know what your special someone prefers, order a box in advance and pair it with a home-cooked meal to impress and pamper them on Valentine’s Day!

A Teapot with a Twist

Marie Funk, someone pouring tea from teapots

Want to reduce your exposure to toxins in your everyday life? Instead of using pre-bagged teas made of synthetics (nylon and plastic), switch to loose-leaf tea in this four-cup infuser. Marie Funk believes that plastic has no place in the body in any form, which is why she thinks this teapot is the perfect gift! The clear glass teapot comes with a strainer and a warmer. Pair it with some flowering teas or your loved one’s favorite loose-leaf tea for a fully functioning bundle. It’s the perfect gift for when you’re snuggling up with your loved one on a cold night.

An Indulgent Taste Test

Amanda Donahue and people having a blindfolded chocolate & wine taste test

Valentine’s day is about connecting with loved ones and expressing your love to your partner, friends, or family members. According to Amanda Donahue, a blindfolded taste test can serve many purposes—it can be a romantic treat for your partner or a fun game with friends and family. And it involves Valentine’s Day’s most popular indulgences: wine and chocolate!

Creating an experience like this is Donahue’s favorite gift idea. Lay out a few different types of wine and chocolate, get some blindfolds and let the fun begin. And it’s not as unhealthy as you’d imagine, especially if you pick red wine and dark chocolate. After all, the benefits of red wine (resveratrol) and dark chocolate (flavonols, polyphenols, catechins) more than justify the idea, but remember to consume them in moderation.

A Healthy Sweet Treat

Molly Downey and chocolate bars

Molly Downey’s favorite gift includes indulgent sweet treats that won’t ruin your health plans. The chocolates from Lilys are low-sugar options that actually taste good, have a lower impact on blood glucose levels, and are a nice treat for your loved ones. Downey chose this gift set as she encourages small indulgences on special occasions but knows that it may be difficult for those watching their health to find good options. These would also be a great choice to use for your blindfolded taste test

A Steamy Aromatherapy Experience

Liz McKinney and aromatherapy shower steam tablets

We know what you’re thinking, but this gift has a different twist than you’d imagine. Liz McKinney’s gift idea combines essential oil therapy with a steamy shower! It’s the perfect gift to pamper your loved one before your date night on Valentine’s Day and anytime after! McKinney likes these aromatherapy steam tablets, which turn a simple shower into a spa-like experience.

A Fun Activity for Two

Bahar Brocken and people having a self-guided walking & biking tours

If you and your loved ones like to get active together, plan a date night accordingly. Bahar Brocken recommends a self-guided walking tour to rediscover all the scenic spots in your city. She also suggests using this directory of offline city maps and self-guided tours to help you get started!

It’s an excellent way to bond and explore some new spots in your city while also getting your steps in for the day! You can even plan stops along the way to try new restaurants and bars. Don’t forget to take pictures as a memento of your day together—you can turn them into a scrapbook or a photo collage as an extra gift later.

A Luxurious Massage

Kasey Brixius and people getting massage

When was the last time you treated yourself to a luxurious massage? We’re pretty sure your loved ones will appreciate this treat since it’s often not the first thing we prioritize to spend money and time on for ourselves. Kasey Brixius recommends buying your partner a gift card to a locally run spa for a massage. It’s a great stress reliever and an excellent way to get your partner out of the house for a few hours if you want to organize a surprise dinner or treat for Valentine’s Day! You can even take it up a notch and book a couples massage to enjoy together or try a romantic spa weekend for two.
