Natalie received her degree in Dietetics from Mansfield University and a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from the University at Buffalo. After a short career in politics, her passion for cooking and nourishing her family through food led her to change careers. For over 7 years Natalie has worked with various populations to help improve their health with an emphasis on preventative approaches. Her career has included nutrition education and program development in her local community, adjunct faculty at several collegiate institutions, and clinical nutrition in both inpatient and outpatient settings. More recently, after having 2 children, she has shifted her professional interests to maternal nutrition along with becoming a Certified Lactation
