Yvonne Mahl, MHSC, RDN, LDN, IFNCP

Yvonne is a foodie at heart and always has been. Growing up, she loved to help not only in the kitchen but in the garden too. This is where she cultivated her love of nutrition. She earned her Masters of Health Science in Nutrition and is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. She started her dietetic career in weight management, where she helped hundreds of people improve their relationships with food. Yvonne believes that nutrition should always be individualized and has a food-first approach. She aims to make nutrition fun and approachable for all!
